What do you get when you cross a motorcycle with a sports car? The new Can-Am Spyder Roadster. With two wheels in the front and one in the rear, this really is a unique machine. The Can-Am was unveiled in February 2007, but will begin to appear in dealerships around the country in October, and across the globe in early 2008. The Can-Am is powered by a 990 V-twin engine that contains 106hp and 77 ft-lbs of torque. The front suspension is made up of a double A-arm with an anti-roll bar, while the rear suspension is a swing-arm with a monoshock. Security features on the Can-Am include vehicle stability and anti-lock braking systems, a digitally encoded security system, and a 2-year warranty. Base price on the Can-Am Spyder will start at around $15,000.
