The new Pontiac GTO is the next in line of a long tradition. The Pontiac GTO starts out with a 6.0-liter, V8 aluminum engine that pumps out 400hp and 400 ft-lbs of torque, complete with a 4-speed automatic transmission with electronically controlled overdrive. The Pontiac GTO comes standard with 5-spoke, 17″ aluminum wheels, independent rear suspension, and an all-wheel anti-lock braking system. The interior of the new Pontiac GTO includes an advanced driver information center, a Blaupunkt stereo with 6-disc in-dash CD changer, a leather wrapped steering wheel with mounted audio controls, and manual adjusting seats with lumbar support for both driver and front passenger. The exterior of the Pontiac GTO comes standard with automatic headlamps with programmable delay, in-glass, rear window antenna, and daytime running lights. The Pontiac GTO comes with a base sticker price of around $33,000.
